The game system design focuses on representing the real world people, situations, actions, events with the context of software project. It is intended to create the most realistic environment for project managers, which they can relate to their own experiences in the software project domain. They systemic approach is applicated by embedding the various components of software project system within a game system model.

Design management project revolves around providing an opportunity & real time exposure to field of unstructured & unorganised business, aiming at creating strategies through holistic approach for business growth & maximum return on investment. It involved the process phase of Identify, Ideate & Implement, thereby understanding Ratan Bhaarvd' s business of godadi making, generating cumulative insights, mapping gaps & opportunities & long and short terms solutions for the same.
Ethnography(tea consumers)for HUL
The ethnography research & analysis of tea consumers in Mumbai & Bangaluru was aimed at finding out the various process involved in usage of tea powder product. It comprised of capturing the tea usage insights of the consumers, their lifestyle, perceptions towards the product, tea making and tea serving process, their problems & suggestions for the product. The project was a mean for the research information in order to redesign the Hindustan Unilever brand Red Label tea packaging.
Brand Perception Analysis & Identity for Rockpile Innovations
Brand identity project for Rockpile innovation was to create a brand identity, which didn't exist currently, through understanding & analysing the brand from the user's & entrepreneur's perspective alongwith the existing competitors & potential clientele, thereby suggesting gaps & opportunities in the business via data synthesis & key insights. As well, providing them with the concept board options for their brand perception, content writing for their objectives, design philosophy & core values, weeken villa's title, tagline & brochure directions.

Social system design revolved around understanding existing social issue/ problem in Indian society from a holistic system perspective through research & analysis, thereby drawing out insights considering the various connecting external & internal factors in the system & creating a system model with current scenarios & data synthesis & required systemic changes.

Onio design
Megatrends research & mapping project was pitched by Onio design for Finland embassy. It comprised of research & map out the emerging megatrends in various sectors in Indian industry, so as to provide the embassy for potential domains for thier future investments in Indian market. Country paper research was an initiative to draw out insights for the potential trade opportunities for the future Indian industry, with respect to research & analysis of some the South east Asian, South American, African & European countries demographics, economy, bilateral trade with India.

Changing the meaning of the business through deeper research and analysis of the targeted rural market via thier cultural, religious, psychological, demographical aspects. Giving a new essence to Sarvajal to place thier product through human centric solutions.

New technology applications & developing business models aimed at developing an innovative application, understanding its feasibility from business point of view, developing financial & business models, precedent studies & future scope of the new design. Also, it provided the opportunity to work with New media & IIM students.
Systemic design for Raaj tubes
System design for RAAJ Tubes, Stainless steel hollow sections manufacturers, emerged from their requirement of penetrating in the Stainless steel market in the construction industry. It rolled from primary research, conducting interviews with SME from architecture, education & construction industry, secondary research of case studies, competitor analysis, to Information mapping, insight generation & finally to system mapping, thereby providing them with leverage points, gaps, opportunities & strategies.
Visual Anthropology study of Koba village temple & rituals culture
Visual anthrolopology dwelled into the culture & lifestyle of Koba villagers. It gave the insights for their temple rituals and customs, as being rooted in their beliefs in various goddess for pleasing & sacrificing to avoid drought & sickness on their community people, which was compiled video format for better understanding.

Stuff Hangover service, aimed at NID community provides meaning to the ignored products which are usually the by products of excessive and irrational shopping. It gave a platform for such exchange within community, thereby giving the quick avialability, easy accessibility and internal circulation of such products. Its designed to reduce the increasing consumerism issues and also paving a way for selling their own creation, providing value and worth to their products.
